Raj sent another email with the attachment as “SHEET 3 GRADING PLAN BLDG HT.pdf”. He mentioned that we need a five Riser instead of four risers. Renee replied and mentioned that she needs to do an addendum to the contract for the additional steps at the front porch and add rails. By default, the basic price only covers one rise. She mentioned in email that we should have something ready (architectural plan) for submission early next week.
Raj sent a file “LAYOUT WITH FLOOR ELEVATION SETUP.pdf”.
Raj came up an idea to save money. It is a good idea but we won’t guarantee it work until everything is done. We will highly recommend Raj if this worked. Thanks.
